Machine cleaner,Oligomer remover

Highly efficient textile machine cleaner removing residues and oligomers in one application without strong reducing agents.

Properties

• Blend of surfactants and natural reducing agents.
• Amphoteric/anionic nature.
• Colorless to slightly yellow liquid.
• pH: 6.0 – 7.0.
• Completely water soluble.
• Stable under normal conditions.
• Prevents oligomer formation and buildup in machines.
• Does not contain solvents or phenolic compounds.

Uses

• Oligomer cleaning: 3 – 5 g/l CASDICLEAN MCZ + 3 – 5 g/l caustic soda 50%, heat to 130°C for 30 min, rinse at 70°C for 10–20 min, neutralize with acetic acid.
• Shade change cleaning: 3 – 5 g/l CASDICLEAN MCZ + 3 – 5 g/l caustic soda 50%, heat to 90–100°C for 20 min, rinse at 70°C for 10–20 min, neutralize with acetic acid.
• For first-time cleaning, two successive washes are recommended due to high removal power.
